Shipping Policy

Please allow for up to two (2) operating days for your order to be processed. We will email you twice; once to confirm we have received your order and a second to confirm the order has shipped. Please note we operate from Monday to Saturday and are closed Sundays, therefore Sundays are not included within the two (2) day processing time.

All bikes are offered at a flat shipping rate of $149.99 CAD per bike. All kids bikes are offered at a flat shipping rate of $49.99 CAD per kids bike. All "Smart" trainers are offered at a flat shipping rate of $99 CAD per trainer. On all other products that do not fit into the prior mentioned categories, we offer free shipping on orders over $149 CAD, however this is subject to change and conditions. Orders under $149 CAD are shipped at a base rate of $14.99 CAD. Pickup in-store is always available within our operating days and is available as soon as your order has been processed.

We work with many different delivery companies to offer you the best shipping price. This includes but is not limited to Purolator, Canada Post, Canpar.

We only ship within Canada at this time.
