Continental’s GP5000 brings improvements to the very successful and popular GP4000S II, a road bike tyre one of the best all-round cycling tyres ever made. Improving on such a widely respected tyre might have seemed like a daunting task. But the tyre-making giants stayed true to their reputation of continually innovating, and have produced a lighter, grippier, quicker tyre which also offers better puncture resistance than its predecessor.
